To be referred to as quality of sperm cells, at least there are three criteria must be met:

1. Quantities
A man is considered fertile if you have more than 20 million sperm per millimeter of semen fluid. Even so, according to experts, has a healthy sperm (quality) is as important as the amount of sperm produced.
Of the millions of sperm released during ejaculation, only 200 sperm cells can reach the egg in the fallopian tubes (the channel ovaries). Of this amount, only one lucky sperm that can fertilize the egg.

2. Quality
Morphology (shape and structure) of sperm is also very important in determining the success of fertilization. If a third of the number of sperm produced has a shape and structure of normal then the chances of conception are also higher.
Normal sperm have an oval head shape and a long tail to push forward and swim to reach the egg. Shaped sperm big, small, oval, curly, or has a double tail, is more difficult to fertilize the egg.

3. Movements
To reach the target, the sperm must be able to move. If you can not move, can-can in fact be carried sperm seminal fluid and away from the egg cell. In order to reach the egg, sperm must move themselves. Sperm cells must be agile and swim as far as a few inches to reach and fertilize the egg. You called the fertile when at least half the sperm to move forward.
Then, what needs to be done so that the sperm was in his best performance?
