The Order Better Sperm

A study published recently in the journal Fertility and Sterility found that men who consume antioxidants (which many of the active substance derived from fruit and vegetables) have better sperm quality in some movements, ejaculate volume, sperm concentration and compared their which often consume meat and full fat dairy products.

Antioxidants have long been described as useful agents in slowing the aging process, boost the immune system, protects the body from exposure to free radicals that can damage body cells that are protected from diseases such as cancer, arthritis, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. And it is said also useful in enhancing sperm

Research done by several universities in Spain was examined 61 men, 30 had a poor sperm quality, 31 normal cement. They were given the opportunity to eat 93 different foods and not allowed to take vitamin / supplements during the study.

The man who was known to the normal cement are those who eat foods rich in fiber, carbohydrates, antioxidants, rich in folic acid, vitamin C, and the cement licopen than bad.

If so, in order to increase the quality of sperm, the men need to consume lots of foods that contain antioxidants, then? Yes, said Jaime Mendiola, head of research and teaching at the University of Murcia.

Then, what source the best antioxidants? Carrie Bloxson, nutritional consultant from New York states that you should take nutritional supplements and not a replacement origin. "I also recommend that you consume original food supplements than synthetic so your bodies do not need to process the chemicals it carries."

Bloxson recommends a set of sperm quality-enhancing substances in foods such as:
* Folic acid : spinach, asparagus, beans and lentils.
* Vitamin C : broccoli, oranges, strawberries.
* Lycopene : tomatoes, watermelon, grapes.
